Founder, Neil Smith started working out of a bedroom on his own in 1998. Back then looking after primarily domestic clients is where it all started. Fast forward 24 years and we are a growing team of more than 20 staff with a huge amount of skill and more than 250 years experience between us.

Sarah Smith became Managing Director of ReformIT after several years working within the business, gaining hands-on experience across its operations. Her journey has been one of learning, adapting, and refining—developing the knowledge and insight needed to run the company’s day-to-day activities effectively.

Known affectionately as the “Process Queen,” Sarah brings a natural talent for structure and organisation to everything she does. These skills were shaped over time, inspired by watching Neil build the business during the first 12 years of their relationship. Today, she’s proud to be part of the engine that keeps ReformIT running smoothly, combining operational excellence with a deep commitment to the company’s values and people.
